The top most-searched keywords for rentals:

  • Pet friendly
  • Furnished
  • Air conditioning
  • Swimming pool
  • Garage
  • Outdoor area
  • Balcony
  • Dishwasher
  • Built-in robes

Not mentioned above, but “Floorboards” saw the biggest increase in searches over the last year (+129%), topping the list of keywords showing the most growth
